These terms explain what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you.

Zorendi is an online classifieds platform that allows users to list, browse, and inquire about vehicles including cars, motorcycles, boats, yachts, and aircraft. Zorendi does not verify, does not guarantee, and is not responsible for any listing or transaction conducted between users.

1. Definition of Roles

  • Platform: Zorendi provides a digital space for posting ads.
  • Seller: Any user who publishes a listing.
  • Buyer: Any user who contacts or interacts with a seller.
  • Users: All visitors, buyers, and sellers on the Platform.

Zorendi is not:

  • An agent, broker, or representative of any user.
  • The owner or seller of any vehicle listed.
  • A mediator or participant in any transaction.

2. User Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and verifiable contact information.
  • Comply with UAE laws and regulations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Responsibilities of Sellers

  • By posting an ad, Sellers agree that:
  • All details are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
  • Pricing reflects the real market value or includes a clear explanation if priced significantly lower.
  • They legally own the vehicle or have the right to sell it.
  • Images uploaded are genuine, unedited, and show the actual item.
  • No fraudulent, fake, or duplicate ads may be posted.

Sellers must not:

  • Misrepresent mileage, condition, ownership history, accident history, engine swaps, major repairs, or modifications.
  • Upload stock photos, AI-generated images, or photos taken from other websites.
  • Post “bait ads” with unrealistically low prices intended to attract victims.

4. Responsibilities of Buyers

Buyers acknowledge that:

  • All ads on Zorendi are user-generated and may not be verified.
  • They must conduct their own due diligence before making any purchase decision.
  • This includes in-person inspection, test drive, mechanical checking, and verifying ownership documents (Mulkiya, VIN, chassis number, Emirates ID, etc.).
  • Zorendi is not responsible for any misrepresentation by sellers.

Buyers must never:

  • Transfer money in advance without verification.
  • Share personal or financial information with suspicious users.
  • Engage in deals that seem “too good to be true”.

5. No Verification / No Warranty by Zorendi

Zorendi:

  • Does not verify seller identity or legitimacy of listings.
  • Does not confirm pricing, condition, accident history, or ownership.
  • Provides no warranties—express or implied—regarding ads, vehicles, or users.
  • Is not liable for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity performed by users.

All content is posted at the user’s own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zorendi is not liable for:

  • Fraud, scams, fake ads, stolen vehicles.
  • Misleading prices or incorrect information.
  • Non-delivery, non-payment, or disputes between buyer and seller.
  • Damages, financial losses, emotional distress, or any harm caused during a transaction.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Zorendi harmless from all claims resulting from their actions on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Content & Activities

Users may not:

  • Post fake, fraudulent, stolen, or misleading items.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Upload copyrighted images without permission.
  • Use bots or automated systems to post ads.
  • Attempt to scam or manipulate other users.
  • Include offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to circumvent Zorendi systems or avoid accountability.

8. Ad Removal & Account Suspension

Zorendi reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:

  • Remove or suspend any ad at any time.
  • Delete suspicious or misleading listings (e.g., unrealistically cheap prices).
  • Limit or terminate access for users violating our rules.

Zorendi is not required to provide explanation or notice for removed content.

9. External Links

Links posted by users or external websites are not endorsed or verified by Zorendi.
We are not responsible for their availability, content, or safety.

10. Reporting Suspicious Activity

Users may report suspicious accounts or listings.
Zorendi will review reports but is not obligated to act or intervene in disputes.

11. Transaction Safety Disclaimer

Zorendi strongly recommends:

  • Meeting in safe public places.
  • Inspecting vehicles with a certified mechanic.
  • Avoiding online payments to unknown parties.
  • Verifying identity & ownership documents before any transaction.

All deals are solely between buyers and sellers.

12. No Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • A partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Employment
  • Agency relationship
    between Zorendi and any User.

Zorendi is purely a listing platform.

13. Privacy & Data Use (Summary)

Zorendi collects basic user data (name, email, phone number) solely to enable platform functionality.
We do not sell user data to third parties.

14. Amendments

Zorendi may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any legal disputes must be resolved within the UAE jurisdiction.
