2022 BMW R 1250 GS

The 2022 BMW R 1250 GS is built for riders who want one motorcycle for daily roads, long-distance touring and occasional off-road use. Its 1,254 cc boxer engine produces 136 hp and 143 Nm of torque, giving it strong acceleration without needing to constantly work through the gears.

BMW’s ShiftCam system adjusts the valve timing based on engine speed and throttle input. This helps the bike deliver smooth power at lower speeds while still providing strong performance when overtaking or riding on the highway. Power is sent through a six-speed transmission and BMW’s shaft-drive system, which requires less routine maintenance than a traditional chain.
